Both editions of Amicus Attorney 7 feature complete matter management systems, with full contact management, billable time tracking, calendar and communications management, as well as data sharing with other users and other applications. Here are the key differences between the two products.

Standard Edition

standardStandard Edition supports up to 15 users. Using MSDE (Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine) the database size limit is 2 GB. There are a large but limited number of custom fields per file type and per contact available in this edition. In Resource Scheduling (board rooms, projects, etc) the number of user defined resources is limited. There are also no centrally managed access (security) profiles.

Premium Edition

premiumUsing the power of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2005, Premium Edition supports an unlimited number of users, with no limit on the size of your database. You can create an almost unlimited number of custom records and fields. This edition also synchronizes with your Microsoft Outlook calendar and contacts, and can synch with PDA via Outlook too. There is also support for Windows Terminal Services and Citrex with this edition. Automatically scheduled backups are supported in this version.
