Amicus Attorney's e-mail integration works with Microsoft Outlook to handle incoming and outgoing messages.

Premium Edition users can also synchronize Microsoft Outlook Contacts & Calendar entries directly with Amicus Attorney.

Document Automation

Amicus Attorney works with Microsoft Word and Corel WordPerfect, either with or without HotDocs document automation software for document assembly template creation. In practical terms this means that you and your staff will significantly reduce the amount of repetitive typing, freeing you up for other important tasks.

Accounting Links

PCLawThe Dynamic Accounting links with Timeslips, PCLaw and QuickBooks allow users to automatically share information between the programmes, minimizing the amount of data entry. Client file and matter information, as well as time entries are posted directly in the accounting application. Users of Tab3 and Juris can use a specially formatted export template to ensure proper transfer of time entries to those programmes.

Amicus Attorney also provides templates that work with the following accounting programs: Brief Accounting, Elite, Legal Vision, Legal Vision (Task-based Billing), Canterbury Lighthouse, PCLaw Remote.

If you don't see your accounting system in the list, you can still have it work with Amicus Attorney. As long as your accounting system has the ability to import data, then we can create a custom template in Amicus Attorney that will allow you to post your time entries to your accounting system.

PDAHotSync your Palm OS Organizer with a single button. Amicus Attorney provides a direct real-time bi-directional synchronization with Palm OS organizers. It transfers your calendar appointments and to-do's with Client File references as well as your complete contact list.

Premium Edition users can synchronize with other handheld devices through Microsoft Outlook by enabling Outlook Contacts & Calendar Link in Amicus Attorney.
