The purpose of customer support calls is to assist you with technical problems, not to provide training via telephone. If you are having difficulties we will do our best to give you information or guidance on how to use the features of the product or advise you where you can find the necessary information to help yourself - for example the online tutorials. To be fair to all customers we must limit such calls. If you would like to arrange a customized training schedule, either at your own site or at our Droitwich office we would be happy to quote you rates for that.
